This is a 1,000sf two bedroom and one bathroom townhouse located in the Dallas suburb of Grand Prairie, conveniently located close to freeways for quick access to wherever you need to go in the Metroplex.

Fast WiFi 400mbps for remote working, streaming or gaming. HDTV in living room with a many local channels and streaming Amazon FireStick and free PrimeVideo. HDTV in master bedroom is for streaming only and has Roku. On either TV you may use any apps that are already signed on but please do not sign out of them – just use the existing profiles already signed on. Desks in every room for study or remote work.

The master bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable king size bed with a large closet and dresser for unpacking, as well as a small desk and chair. The 2nd bedroom has a twin-size bed and also 2 stacked twin size mattresses than can be used as a 2nd twin bed or 2 separate twin floor mattresses. The 2nd bedroom also has a closet with space for unpacking and a desk and chair for work or study.

The living room has a comfortable big couch and some lounging chairs and the HDTV, also bookshelves with books, magazines, and games, and a large desk for work or study.

The kitchen and dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with range and oven, microwave, keurig coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking and eating in! The laundry closet connected to the kitchen has a stackable washer/dryer.

The small patio area has a firepit and lawn chairs under a huge oak tree for shade. Firepit also has a grill top in case you’d like to grill on it. There is also a propane grill available to use (ask Host for details). The private two parking spots are adjacent to the patio area and is the ONLY parking, so two vehicles maximum.

Access whole townhouse and patio area. Parking is limited to the two private spots connected to the townhouse. No street parking and no guest parking allowed. (cars towed at car owners expense.)

You will experience a clean and cozy Townhouse with a few nice updates but the unit has not been completely updated (bedrooms and living area still with carpets that are regularly professionally cleaned but not new). Nice improvements do include 16-seer AC/HeatPump unit, recently painted, new water heater, updated bathroom, ceramic tiles floors in the kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Extra charge for each person above the initial 2 people – $20 per person per night.
